1. Data controller
The controller of the personal data collected through this site is the operator of the Klique service (klique.fun). To exercise your rights or ask about privacy, write to hola@klique.fun.
2. What data we process and why
Through the waitlist form we process your email address and, optionally, your city. The purpose is to manage the waitlist and notify you of Klique's launch in your area. No automated decisions or profiling are carried out.
3. Legal basis
For the waitlist, the legal basis is your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), given by ticking the acceptance box and submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
For anonymous web analytics (cookieless), the basis is our legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR) in understanding site usage in aggregate, processing data that does not identify you.
3 bis. Analytics
We use PostHog in anonymous, cookieless mode to measure aggregate events (visits, list sign-ups). We do not store identifiers on your device or collect your email in analytics. See the Cookie policy.
4. Retention
We keep your data until the service launches and, at most, until you withdraw your consent or ask to be removed. After that it is deleted or anonymised.
5. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. We use providers that act as data processors on our behalf:
- Supabase — database hosting (own servers / EU).
- Resend — sending waitlist emails (EU / USA).
- PostHog — anonymous web analytics (cookieless) (EU).
Where a provider is located outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the safeguards set out by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or equivalent).
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@klique.fun. You can also unsubscribe from the list at any time. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
